New Beginnings Cat Rescue (NBCR) is a non-profit, volunteer-only cat rescue group. We do not have a shelter, but instead place our cats waiting for a space in our adoption center with loving foster families who care for them and see to their health needs when necessary.

We are fortunate to be able to use the adoption center at the Garland, Texas PetSmart at Hwy 190 and N. Garland Avenue. Our volunteers have been caring for and adopting out cats in the PetSmart since July 2004.
